Plover City Park

City Park is located on the corner of Main Street and Henderson Street in Plover, Iowa. Our Hometown Pride Committee has been working hard to improve the appearance and amenities of our City Park. These are just some of the features:

Meredith Park

Meredith Park, also known as Plover Pit, is located 1.5 miles north of Plover on county highway N57. Meredith Park is a popular place for fishing, swimming, picnicking, and camping. Special features include an excellent 5 1/2 acre natural lake, a new playground created from 15,000 recycled milk jugs, and a new sleeping cabin added in 2007. The park is open from May 1 – October 15, weather permitting.
